TACTBook was founded on a single conviction — that workplace violence in healthcare is not inevitable. It is preventable, and prevention starts with education.
Our mission
We don't manage violence. We help prevent it.
Healthcare workers face more workplace violence than any other profession. Emergency nurses, behavioral health clinicians, and floor staff are assaulted at rates that would be considered crises in any other industry. TACTBook exists to change that.
